KYIP Capital, through the KYIP Investment Fund, has acquired a majority stake in Gestecno S.r.l.
The transaction opens a new phase of growth for the company, aimed at strengthening international expansion, production capacity and its technological offering.
Founded in 1992 in Castelraimondo, Gestecno designs and manufactures sensors, dataloggers and advanced systems for structural and geotechnical monitoring.
The founding shareholders will reinvest alongside KYIP Capital and continue to contribute to the company’s development, ensuring industrial continuity and a shared growth project.
The growth plan includes strengthening the commercial structure, expanding the product portfolio and developing new solutions for infrastructure monitoring.
